Murder is a crime that involves the killings of an individual or individual using different kinds of ways to aggravate the crime. Why would you cut human body parts just to kill him? It is the work of the devil and it is totally horrible. There one aspect that makes chainsaw killings more grave and that is the unimaginable physical pain that victims suffered.
Finally, a chainsaw is for carpentry purposes and not for humans. Killers and murderers abused the strength of their victims by adding their agony before their last breath. Chainsaw killings are crimes that deserved a severe punishment, like death penalty. Hence, death penalty must be the ultimate sentence for murderers.
